These growth groups are short-term, content-driven courses designed to help you grow in a particular area of interest or need. Our vision for Foundation Seminars is to help adults acquire a comprehensive Christian education resulting in spiritual growth and service to God and others.

A strong, thriving marriage doesn’t happen by accident—it takes intentionality, wisdom, and effort. In the midst of life’s busyness, it’s easy to drift apart or settle into survival mode. But investing in your marriage relationship is one of the wisest choices you can make.
This class will help you grow in connection, communication and trust. Cost is free, but registration is required.

Foundations of Adoption & Foster Care | Sept 13-Nov. 1, 2026

Whether you are actively considering foster care or adoption, currently walking that journey, or simply wanting to better understand how the Church can care for vulnerable children and families, this 8-week class is designed to provide encouragement, insight, and practical support. Through personal stories, biblical teaching, honest conversations, breakout discussions, guest speakers, and real-world resources, we will explore the joys, challenges, and calling of foster care, foster-to-adopt, and adoption. This class is a safe place to ask questions, learn from others, and discover how God may be leading.

Join Dr. Doug Bookman for the Foundation Seminar—The Bible: The Land & The Book, which runs Sunday evenings, September 13 – November 15, 5:00 – 6:30 pm in FC201. What one word is most important to understanding the distinctive and brilliant strategy by which Yahweh contrived to display His glory to the entire world in the days of the Old Testament? Geography! Confused? Unconvinced? Travel along as we explore the stunning nexus between the land and the Bible, between the drama of the Hebrew Scriptures and the physical stage on which that drama unfolded – and is yet to unfold in days to come! Foundations of The Faith is a six-week topical study for new Christians who want to understand the core beliefs of the Christian faith and learn how Christians strengthen their faith. This class will also help those who are curious about Christianity and want to know what Christians believe.
You’ll examine topics such as:
- What is eternal life?
- Can I know for certain that God has saved me?
- Is the Bible really true, and must I obey it?
- How can I grow in my faith and become more like Jesus?

“What in the World is God Doing?” Come discover the amazing works of God as He calls out a people to Himself and builds His church all around the world. Each week we’ll have multimedia and live presentations from our church’s global family and other gospel workers and briefly discuss the biblical anchors that shape our global gospel efforts. Ten sessions total.
