Our Shepherd’s Kids ministry exists to partner with parents in the intentional disciple-making efforts of their children where we teach kids to know God, think biblically, and live wisely. We do that through providing a wide variety of fun and purposeful Bible-based ministries for kids and helpful resources for parents.
KNOW GOD • THINK BIBLICALLY • LIVE WISELY
9:30 & 11:00 am
From our Nursery—that provides a safe, loving environment for our tiniest little ones—to our Preschool—which engages toddlers to Pre-K with the Bible in fun and creative ways—we’re passionate about helping your child know and love Jesus.
9:30 & 11:00 am
As children progress into early elementary, their spiritual journey leads them to Base Camp, where they’ll learn important foundational truths of God’s Word and how to think biblically—all in a fun, engaging environment that features kid-friendly worship, creative crafts, and more!
9:30 & 11:00 am
For our older elementary kids in Grades 3-5, we have a special class that meets at “The Lodge” — a mountain-themed setting that engages kids with fun skits, worship, and dynamic teaching that focuses on character development as they near middle school.
We offer an adaptive class for special-needs students called “Mosaic.” In addition, our Sports Ministry offers several special-needs opportunities throughout the year for students through age 13.
Sundays, 5:00 pm
Awana is an exciting program designed to equip children to know and love God more by studying and memorizing His Word. With incentive-based Scripture memory programs, age-appropriate teaching times, and high-energy group games, Awana is a high point in the week for the kids who attend each week.
Our club offers programs for children who are 2 years old through 12th grade, and meets on Sunday nights during the school year (September-May) from 5:00–6:30 pm.
Our club meets every Sunday except for those nights noted on the master calendar. Cost to register is $30 (family max of $90) and covers your clubber’s first book, prizes, and end-of-year awards. Club uniforms are sold separately.

A Christian adventure, character, and leadership program (K-12) for young men. that centers on outdoor experiences that build a young man’s skills and allow him to grow on a personal level and as a role model and leader for his peers.
A scout-like ministry that focuses on servant leadership, faith development and discipleship, outdoor skills, and life skills. We serve girls ages 5-18 and are dedicated to the mission of “Growing Godly character in women of virtue.”
Our mission is to provide a Christian environment where children can safely develop their relationship to God and others. To achieve this objective, we use an age appropriate, hands on curriculum designed to lay a foundation for understanding God, Jesus, the Bible, the church, self, others, and the world.
Note: the age listed for each class is the age that the child will be on August 31 of the upcoming school year. You are able to sign up for both MWF and TTH classes to get five days of schooling. If you would like to sign up for multiple classes, email Kerry Courneen for a discount code as we only charge one registration fee per child. Tours available upon request.
Each class has a non-refundable deposit of $125 for each new student. The deposit for returning students is $35. Monthly tuition for 2021–2022 (paid each month on the 15th, August-April) is:

Trail Life Troop 613 (said – six thirteen). The Troop is “6:13” because we are encouraged, and guided, by Ephesians 6:13 that calls us to “take up the armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day.” We believe in equipping boys and young men with a strong set of life skills that are firmly rooted in God’s Word.
Trailmen can begin their adventure at any time, regardless of their current skill level. Troop 613 offers program for Kindergarten through High School. Meetings are Monday evenings starting at 6:30 pm. Elementary aged trailmen end meetings at 7:30 pm and the Middle School and High School aged trailmen end at 8 pm.
If you are interested in enrolling your son or if you have a passion for equipping the next generation and would like to be involved in helping lead the program – please visit the Troop 613 website below.
