SPECIAL NEEDS

We offer three amazing special-needs classes for children, teens and adults as we seek to meet the needs of our special-needs community.  Our adaptive classes provide nurturing, safe environments for those with mild to moderately severe disabilities. We work hard to support and encourage the whole family by listening to unique challenges, providing modified instruction and modeling the love of Christ. We offer self-contained classes on Sunday mornings, a sports skills program on Saturdays, and a Sunday evening program for students with special needs. We also assist with mainstreaming into our typical programs as appropriate.

SPORTS PROGRAM

Our Special Needs Sports Ministry is for children ranging from 4 to 18 years old. This is a skills training program to help develop skills in soccer, baseball and a brand new sport – floor hockey! Your children will participate in these sports in order to help develop their skills. Dependent upon the number of buddies/helpers we have register, we always strive to have 1-on-1 instruction between our helpers and the student.
