With over 20,000 books, CDs and DVDs, resources span from children’s classics and first Bible truths, to adult Christian fiction, to devotional and theological books to deepen your knowledge of our Savior. We also have plentiful resources for Christian education and homeschooling. Staffed by friendly, helpful volunteers, the library provides an inviting environment for browsing, reading, and studying. The library is open to our church family and the community!
The Shepherd’s Church Library
We are located at the back of the first floor Children’s Center. You can park in the lot by the Children’s Center or in the lot adjacent to the West Entrance. Upon entering the building, follow the directional signage to our location.
- Sundays, 9 am – 12:45 pm & 4:30-6:30 pm (note: early evening hours only Sept-May)
- Tuesdays, 10 am – 1 pm
- Wednesdays, 10 am – 1 pm
- Thursdays, 10 am – 1 pm

MEET LIBBY!
Our Shepherd’s Library is more accessible than ever with “Libby!” This custom-curated collection of Ebooks and audiobooks is available to all Shepherd’s Library patrons and to those in the community! If you’re already a patron, get started here.
Meet Libby.
Here are simple instructions to start checking out ebooks and audiobooks from TSC Library through Libby:
- Download the Libby app on your phone or device.
- Go to “add card”. The card number must be 8 digits total. Add enough digits before your PIN number to create an 8 digit card number (ex. 00001234 or 00000123). For PIN, use just the none zero numbers of your PIN. If you have a 3 digit pin and using just those three digits doesn’t work, add a zero in front of those 3 digits and try again (ex. 0123 instead of 123).
- You’re in and can start borrowing immediately! Enjoy! Please let us know if you have questions or run into issues. Allow 24-48 hrs for a response. I hope this can be a tremendous blessing to you and yours.

Special Events
Children’s Storytime
One of our library’s very favorite things: Storytime! Typically geared toward toddlers through 3rd grade, we meet in the library at 10 am on scheduled Thursdays. We also go on fun field trips like to a nearby farm. Our Spring Storytime was so popular, we scheduled a second date! Stay tuned for more special storytimes in the future.
Summer Reading Program
June 29-July 27
All aboard!! This summer children from preschool through 5th grade are invited to “ride the rails” of literature in this special reading program! Rewards will be given for completing the program, and for the younger children, we host special storytimes in the Courtyard. Summer reading lists will be available soon in the Library to patrons of all ages! Now registering!

Women’s Book Club
Meets Monthly
Shepherd’s Women’s Book Club meets in Family Center room FC201 on the 4th Thursday in January through October (exceptions noted below) and the 3rd Thursday in November and December. We meet from 1–2:30 pm to discuss a wide variety of books, selected annually by members, written by Christian authors. Books include biographies, missionary stories, and Inspirational Christian fiction. Ladies of all ages are invited to attend!
